Randall "Randy" Meeks

A character I created for the Fallout series. He's a glowing ghoul who designs and sells melee weapons.
Randall tries to act and look more intimidating than he actually is. He's really chill but doesn't talk a lot, unless it's something he really likes. He's caring but doesn't show it unless you're super close to him. However, he is very open about his opinions/beliefs. He believes that everyone should be treated equally, whether you be human, ghoul, robot, or (friendly) super mutant. If you go against that belief, he will NOT get along.
